Happy New Year! We reckon 2012 is gonna be pretty spectacular for 3D printing, and we're excited to find out which industries will find a use for the technology...
But to kick things off here, here's something we missed last year: a robotic worm, created by Dr Jordan Boyle at the University of Leeds. It's 2 metres long, 15 centimetres wide, and is made up of 12 segments, each individually 3D printed. Check out the video for more info.
